My journey began through childhood sport, your basics of track athletics, soccer and basketball. I loved being a part of anything that got me moving.
In my late teens I discovered the world of bodybuilding and it changed my entire being. Gone are the days of restrictive eating, constant weight loss programs followed by sudden weight gain, not seeing any results for months and unsure of how to reach my goals.
With my knowledge and experience, I am able to help others in developing their own sustainable lifestyles and habits and build confidence in both their bodies and themselves. The entire business model is focused around building muscle mass and teaching others the knowledge and science behind it to benefit them long-term.
